What reaches Dhivora
Ordinary request information, handled by the host.
Serving a web page necessarily involves your browser making a request. The hosting provider processes ordinary request information — IP address, browser metadata, the URL requested, timestamps, and security signals — to deliver the page and to protect the service against abuse. That processing happens in the hosting layer under its own terms. The application itself neither reads nor records it.
If you write to contact@dhivora.com, your message and address sit in an ordinary mailbox, as with any email you send anyone. Nothing is copied into a system on this site.
What stays on your device
Two preferences, in your browser's local storage.
The Experience control in the header lets you reduce or disable motion, and choose a quieter visual intensity. Both choices are written to your browser's local storage so the site remembers them on your next visit.
These are not cookies: they are never sent to a server, and Dhivora cannot read them. Clearing site data in your browser removes them.
The newsletter
Not open, and not collecting.
There is no newsletter signup on this site. The code for one exists in the repository and is switched off; it is additionally unable to store an address, because no database is attached and no email provider is configured.
It stays off until Dhivora is incorporated, because lawful commercial email requires a named organisation and a physical postal address in every message, and neither exists yet. When it opens, this notice will be rewritten first, and signup will be double opt-in: an address does nothing until its owner confirms it.
Until then, releases can be followed through the feed, which requires no address and identifies nobody.
Sharing
There is nothing to share.
Dhivora does not sell personal information, does not engage in targeted advertising or data brokerage, and operates no marketing-email integration. No personal data is held by the application, so none can be shared, transferred in a business transition, or disclosed on request. The hosting provider's own processing is governed by its terms.

- Follow releases through the feed without identifying yourself.
- Clear the two stored preferences through your browser's site-data controls.
- Ask what is held about you by writing to contact@dhivora.com. The answer today is: your email to that address, and nothing else.
Stated rather than implied
What is not yet established.
Dhivora has no legal entity name, postal address, privacy mailbox, or governing jurisdiction to publish, because it is not yet incorporated. A privacy notice normally names all four. This one cannot, and says so rather than inventing them or borrowing boilerplate that would describe an organisation that does not exist.
Those details, a data-protection contact, and jurisdiction-specific review are required before any personal data is collected here — which is the same condition that keeps the newsletter switched off.
Changes
How this notice changes.
This notice is part of the same repository as the site, so it changes in the same review as the behaviour it describes. Material revisions update the review date above. It will be rewritten — not amended in passing — before the site ever collects anything.
