Terms / Product-stage use

Last updated 14 September 2026

Clear expectations before formal complexity.

These product-stage terms describe expected use of the current Dhivora website, which publishes information and accepts nothing. A verified legal entity, contact, governing law, venue, and production service details are not yet available; jurisdiction-specific legal review is required before launch.

1. Using the website

By using the current Dhivora website, you agree to use it lawfully and consistently with these product-stage terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. A separate written agreement would govern any future engagement and would take priority for it.

2. Public information

This site is informational. It describes what Dhivora is and publishes products and releases as they ship. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation, a specification, a commitment to build or deliver anything, or professional advice of any kind.

Product and release pages describe work at a point in time. Where a page says nothing has shipped, that is a statement of fact rather than a placeholder.

The site has no account, no sign-in, no upload, and no form. It accepts nothing from you. Writing to contact@dhivora.com is ordinary email: it creates no relationship, no obligation, and no promise of a reply.

3. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access, probe or disrupt the service, scrape it in a way that degrades it for others, misrepresent your identity or affiliation with Dhivora, or use the site to break the law.

Do not send passwords, credentials, access tokens, confidential business information, health information, financial account details, government identifiers, or other sensitive personal data to the contact address. Email is not a secure channel.

4. Content and rights

Dhivora's brand, interface, original public content, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. No licence to use Dhivora marks or republish protected material is granted, beyond ordinary personal viewing, quoting with attribution, and linking.

The releases feed is published to be read by feed readers and may be consumed for that purpose.

5. Availability and warranties

The site is provided as-is and as-available. No uptime, availability, accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement is warranted, to the extent the law allows such disclaimers. Pages may change or be withdrawn without notice, and retired addresses may redirect or report that they are gone.

6. Liability and unresolved legal details

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Dhivora is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of this informational site.

A contracting entity, registered address, governing law, venue, dispute-resolution mechanism, and minimum-age threshold are not established, because Dhivora is not yet incorporated. These terms therefore state what is expected of a visitor and disclaim what cannot be promised, and stop short of terms that would require a legal person to stand behind them. They must be reviewed and replaced before any commercial launch.

How information is handled is described separately in the privacy notice.
